The Thunderbolt Pro-XTM Rod Hanger features quick and safe installation, high load capacities in both cracked and non-cracked concrete with undercut load transmission. National Code Compliant (NCC), ETA Approved in Cracked Concrete, Fire Rated and CE Certified, this Rod Hanger is perfect for applications requiring safety critical threaded rod suspension, such as AC ducting, hanging pipe, fire protection, and cable-tray applications.
The Thunderbolt Pro-XTM Rod Hanger can be easily removed and does not leave residue or metal components in the drilled hole that can cause corrosion. Loads can be achieved immediately upon installation

1. Volume Control: Factory pre-measured components guarantee the correct composition and volume of components. After Installation of the rod, the overflow of anchor components provides a visual confirmation of a 100% filled hole.
2. Resin Check: The transparent glass capsule allows the installer to check the quality of the resin. Usability is given when the resin runs easily inside the capsule at lukewarm temperature.
3. Auto Clean: During the installation of the anchor rod the quartz and glass components of the capsule scrape the wall of the pre-drilled hole, removing drill dust. XBOLT VERTICAL CONCRETE SCREW ANCHOR
Xbolts are a single unity screw type anchors that are used in solid concrete applications. Fixing is achieved by screwing the anchor to a drilled hole in concrete. As it is screwed in, the anchor taps the hole, thus enabling it to produce a mechanical interlock with the concrete.
